My husband, Rob, took this picture when he, a couple of our boys, and other volunteers from our local fire protection district fought a fire that started on Father's Day a couple of years ago. He came home telling stories of trees being picked up and thrown, and at a time, being surrounded by fire. The crew continued to get the job done because the fire inside to protect others burned brighter than the fire around them.
So often Satan uses the storms of life to get us to believe his lies, but God has given us the Spirit to replace those lies with truth.
